User Responsibilities

- • Maintain the security of your access tokens and account credentials
- • Respect the intellectual property rights of the Service
- • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Activities
- • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- • Using automated systems to access or interact with the Service
- • Sharing your access tokens or account credentials with third parties
- • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- • Violating any applicable laws or regulations while using the Service
Data Ownership and Responsibility

- • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- • Local storage functionality works offline and is not dependent on our servers
- • Cloud storage features require internet connectivity and server availability
Limitations of Liability

- • We are not responsible for trading decisions made based on data in the Service
- • We are not liable for data loss when using local storage (browser-dependent)
- • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service (if any)

Our Rights: TraDiary, its design, features, and underlying technology are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you.
Your Rights: You retain all rights to your trading data and content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for providing the Service to you.
Third-Party Content: The Service may include third-party libraries, fonts, or other components that are governed by their respective licenses.
Account Termination
Termination by You
- • You may stop using the Service at any time
- • Clear your browser data to remove local storage
- • Revoke cloud access tokens to terminate cloud storage
- • Export your data before termination if desired
Termination by Us
- • We may terminate access for violation of these Terms
- • We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
- • Data export capabilities will be provided before termination when possible
- • Local storage data remains accessible through your browser
